Cloutank M3 Wax Coil Head is intended to replace your old coil head for the Cloutank M3. It is for vaping wax and concentrates; it is needed to place your wax on and to heat it up. Replace the coil head of the M3 by removing it from the bottom and screwing in the new piece. It is perfect to have spare ones and replace your old ones.
