The original product that I ordered did not work. I emailed customer service and they requested that I make a video to show them how it's not working and I sent it in the same day. Later that day I got an email saying that they were going to send a replacement battery as well as an additional tank for free. I received this delivery within two days. Although the battery that I got on the second delivery wasn't the same as I ordered it works perfectly and I'm completely happy with my purchase. I will continue to use their website for future supplies.
